This guide cannot see your unemployment compensation (UC) claim, change anything on it, or speak to L&I for you, and it has no contact form. Anything that touches your own claim goes to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry (L&I).

Getting help with your claim

Your UC dashboard on L&I's UC benefits site is the self-service route, and it is where you file each week, follow your payments, and change how you are paid.

For what the dashboard does not settle, L&I answers by phone, by secure message, and through PAULA, its chatbot, which hands you to a live agent if you ask. Reporting fraud or identity theft

If a UC claim was filed in your name, or you know of other UC fraud, reporting unemployment fraud in Pennsylvania sets out L&I's online report, the PA Fraud Hotline, and the police report that goes with an identity theft case.
